Just open 360Cars app, register and start enjoying the ride.
360 Cars app will locate your Pickup point. Confirm the pickup location, choose the type of Ride & Send Request. Our Professional Chauffeurs will pick you up. Enjoy the Ride with 360 Cars. Pay either by Cash or by Card. Check your trips history.

How to use the app:
• Open the app
• Register with 360 Cars using your cellphone number and email address.
• Sign in to your account.
• Give your Pickup location.
• Select the type of ride. (Executive or Easy Ride)
• Select Ride Now or Ride Later option.
• Give you Drop off location.
• On the same screen, check the Fare Breakdown of the respective Ride category.
• Since you have given the Pickup and Drop off locations, you can also use the Ride Estimation feature to calculate the approximate estimate.
• More often, 360 Cars provide Coupon Codes to facilitate the Riders with amazing discounts. Use coupon codes in "Apply Coupon".
• Press Confirm to request available Chauffeurs in your vicinity.
• As soon as the Chauffeur picks up your request, the 360 Cars app shows:
o Chauffeur’s Name, Photograph, Current location and Star rating.
o Car’s Make, Model & Registration number.
• The same screen shows the Calling option to contact the Chauffeur.
• Once the Chauffeur reaches the pickup point, you receive a message on 360 Cars app and through an SMS on your registered cellphone number.
• The Chauffeur Begins the Trip and you receive another message on 360 Cars app.
• When the Chauffeur ends the trip, you receive an OTP(One Time Password) message through an SMS on your registered cellphone number.
• You tell the OTP (One Time Password) to the Chauffeur and our system generates the bill which you pay to the Chauffeur.
• After the payment is made, you may rate the services of our Chauffeur, give your additional comments and then press Submit.
